Credit Scores? Why are score different per credit company?

I have scores in the 700%26#039;s however one of my scores is 40pts higher then the other all reports have the same info?

Becuase some creditor report to one bureau, some report to two and other report to all three.



When your score is calculated using different info, the scores will be different.

Even if all the credit bureaus have the same information, each uses a slightly different version of the FICO formula. It is also unlikely that they all have the same information. Many creditors do not report to all 3 major bureaus.
